How do I upload my photos for custom magnets or tumblers?

Uploading your media is simple! Right on each product page, click the "Upload Your Custom Design/Photo" button to attach your graphic or photograph straight from your smartphone or computer before clicking the add-to-cart button. 

What image quality do you require for clear prints?

For crisp, professional results, please upload sharp, brightly lit, high-resolution images (minimum 300 DPI or over 1200x1200px). Avoid grainy screenshots, dark low-light selfies, or heavily compressed photos, as we print your files exactly as they are submitted.

How long will it take to handcraft and ship my order?

Because every item is meticulously handcrafted to order, please allow 3 to 5 business days of creation time before your items leave our workshop. Once completed, standard transit via the United States Postal Service (USPS) typically takes 3 to 7 business days to arrive at your door.

 How much does shipping cost?

We proudly offer automatic FREE Standard USPS Shipping on all domestic orders totaling over $65! For orders under $65, we charge a reliable, flat standard base rate of $8.99.

Do you offer international shipping?

No. To ensure reliable tracking and fast delivery times for our custom products, Susan’s Specialty Crafts ships exclusively within the United States. We do not ship to international addresses at this time.

How do I care for my personalized skinny tumblers and mugs?

To keep your vibrant sublimation prints looking brand new for years to come, we highly recommend hand-washing your skinny tumblers and ceramic mugs with a soft sponge and mild soap. Avoid abrasive scrubbers and do not soak them for long periods.

Can I return or exchange a custom product?

Because custom photo magnets, personalized tumblers, custom t-shirts, and monogrammed mugs are custom-made specifically for you, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless we have made a manufacturing error or text typo. 

For non-customized, ready-to-ship catalog items, we happily accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following strict conditions:

Contact us regarding your Return Shipping Costs: The customer is entirely responsible for paying their own return shipping trackable postage fees. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges paid at checkout are completely non-refundable. If you receive a refund for your returned item, the initial cost of shipping will be deducted from your final refund amount.

What if my order arrives damaged or gets lost?

If your items are damaged or bent during transit, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can immediately ship a free replacement. If your tracking stops updating for more than 10 business days, contact us and we will open a USPS investigation to replace your package.
